With Retail Choice’s enhanced toll-free services provided by Sprint, you have all the advantages of basic toll-free plus advanced routing services that further tailor the service required to optimize your operation.  By installing our Communications equipment inside the Sprint Telco Exchange and by-passing the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC), we gain the reliability few can offer.

Retail Choice’s Frame relay network called FrontNet Solutions is built around the SprintLinkSM Frame Relay, based on Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol, Version 3 (L2TPv3), a technology developed by Sprint and industry-leader Cisco Systems to help maximize connectivity with improved performance, survivability, and flexibility. SprintLink Frame Relay is covered by strong service level agreements (SLAs) for installation, data delivery/packet loss, latency, and availability.

Standard features include; advanced Web-based reporting with detailed performance and utilization information, with port speeds ranging from 56/64 Kbps to 622 Mbps (OC12).
