We work together to design your system
Retail Choice has an
experienced staff of professionals who will work with you to build the
most effective network implementation for your current and future needs.
Our employees have an average of 20 years experience in
Telecommunications, POS Software Development, and Project Management.
We will follow our
5-Step Consulting Methodology, which insures that we understand your
requirements and you understand solution options and alternatives. Our
methodology will deliver you the best solution based on requirements, to
ensure a
smooth transition, and trouble-free operation.
Planning Step – Customer Requirements Documentation
You will be contacted
by one of our Engineers to discuss your needs and goals. From this
meeting, A CRD or (Customer Requirements Doc) is developed, allowing our
Engineers to design a solution that best fits your needs.
Explore Step - Design options
We will present to
you the preliminary designs and go over their features and explain how
you will benefit from the various. For each design
option we will also provide a list of required equipment, software and
services. Once a design is selected, all the equipment, software, and
services are ordered and custom software development will begin.
When all the equipment, software, and services are received our team will
began to configure and test.
Build
Step - Installation
All equipment and
supporting parts will be installed in our secure Data Center facility or,
if you choose, it can be installed at your location by one of your
certified engineers. The network will be built according to the network
specification. All equipment and computers will be configured as
specified and with proper access to
the shared resources.
Test
Step – Testing
The network and
software will be extensively tested to assure that all equipment and
configurations function according to the network specification and
customer requirements document. Server
logons and shared resource access is tested and verified.
Acceptance
step - Certification
A certification
procedure will be developed with each authorizer, or banking institution
to insure that the data elements are sent in the format they expect and
that the response is delivered back to the POS device in the format we
expect.
